Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies can also store or access information on your device.
Your cookie choices
The cookie pop-up lets you accept the current settings, reject optional cookies or view the settings. There are currently no optional analytics, advertising or embedded-media tools in the theme, so both choices leave optional technologies off. Closing the pop-up without choosing does not give consent.
Remembering your choice
ABM Accounting stores your choice in your browser’s local storage under abm-cookie-preferences:/staging on this staging site. On the main site the key is abm-cookie-preferences:. The stored information contains your choice, the preferences version and an expiry time, but no name or email address. It is used only to remember your settings for 180 days. After expiry, the site asks again on your next visit. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time and change your choice.
The WordPress website
The theme does not add tracking cookies. WordPress may use cookies for signed-in administrators. Hosting, security tools and plugins may introduce additional cookies or similar technologies. The policy must be updated after the staging site has been checked, to name the technologies actually used, their purpose, provider and duration.
Optional technologies
No optional tracking tools are included. If optional tools are added, the site’s consent controls and this policy must be updated before they are enabled.
Managing cookies
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your preference. You can also use your browser settings to view or remove cookies and local storage. Clearing site data removes the saved preference. If browser storage is blocked, the pop-up still works but may appear again on another page or visit. Blocking essential technologies can affect parts of a website.
